Includes BioPed location fax search feature (live search for all BioPed locations). If your OSCAR system has fax configured, then you can use this feature to easily search for the nearest BioPed location and fax the form immediately.

To fax the completed eForm to a BioPed location it's as easy as 1 2 3:
- 1. Search for the location by name, address or fax number in the BioPed locations search box:
- 2. Select the location from the results (example):
- 3. The selected location's fax number will be added into the fax recipients list. Just press "Submit & Fax" and it will be sent (the button is no longer greyed out once fax recipient is added).
