Fraser Health Urgent/Emergent transfer from planned home birth

Created (and shared) at the request of the Chilliwack Midwifery Group. Fraser Health documentation for urgent/emergent transfers to Hospital from a planned home birth. Uses charAt() to get first and last initials. Has a drop down list for reasons for 911 phone call. Can double click any of the time fields to get the current time. Has a Circle function to select the hospital being transferred to ***NB may have to click your selection a second time to activate the circle***.
