RBT to search rejected OHIP billings
Ontario Bill Error Report - Reports error billing data for a provider.
This RBT searches rejected OHIP billings (on error list) like "invalid version code EH2."
Created by Ian Pun.
Updated to OHIP billing code error report v4. filters ignore provider number and just uses OHIP billing number.

- OntarioBillErrorReportv5Default6moInPastSearch.txt: searches the last 6 months of billing rejections
