GM script that transfers the timestamp time to the billing sheet

From David Page - for those using the new billing model in BC:

In preparation for 2023-Jul-4 when we now need to enter times for certain visits here is a GM that transfers the timestamp time to the billing sheet.

Caveats when using

It needs to refresh screen before picking up the timestamp so you need to let the Oscar autosave work first- in my version this happens every 1-2seconds. If you do it too quick then you will lose the last entry on the encounter (ie the timestamp)
Will not work if the encounter timestamp is > 59 mins

Not sure if it will work in other versions of OSCAR (mine is WELL OSCAR Classic which is a very old version of 15 with modifications)

This version works in multiple scenarios (both fresh encounter and returning to saved encounter) but could be simplified to one of these scenarios if needed.

Then on the billing screen should be another button which will insert the times

I have not tried this out in a real chart so may still need some fine tuning but the concepts are there
